VIP AT YOUR SERVICE

VICS! The best club in all of Beijing- absolutely amazing! Reminds me of home! Such a good nightclub, good people, drinks and music! I had invited my roommates to the clubs on this night. They are 29, had no idea what any sort of spirit or drink was and had never been to a nightclub.

It was a very interesting night. It started off a bit weird, as my roommates didn’t drink at the club, nor did they know how to dance. However, I was invited into a VIP area with an open bar tab and fruit platters so I had made sure that they would join in. The VIP service was insane! You have your own personal waiter who will refill your shot glass as soon as it’s put back on the table. Here we are, shot after shot and cocktail and cocktail- it was amazing!

The dance floor was packed by about 1am and the whole place was going crazy. VICS had these excellent professional dancers from overseas somewhere (Caucasian). The dancers did a few performances on stage before heading up to the bar and dancing on the bar benches while pouring out vodka mix into peoples’ mouths. It was such a good atmosphere, I really enjoyed the night.

The taxi ride home was so cheap too! It was about a 30-minute drive at 4AM and only cost 80 yuan (approximately $18 AUD). If only Brisbane was like this! I’m usually up for a $40 cab for a 15-minute drive home at early hours of the morning! I’ll definitely head out once again before I leave Beijing, I really want to try Baby Face and MIXX out, but so far- VICS is my favourite.
